| VIA LINK provides free, personalized care-navigation services to hundreds of residents each year. Our team builds long-term, supportive relationships with clients, guiding them as they enroll in essential services, apply for public benefits, obtain or replace vital documents, and search for safe and stable housing.
We assist individuals identified by 211 call specialists as needing additional help, and we also work onsite in homeless shelters to support residents facing complex challenges.
The most common needs we address include housing instability, food insecurity, behavioral health barriers and employment readiness.
