The Contact Center Specialists are on-duty 24 hours a day including holidays to provide crisis counseling and information and referrals to programs in the St. Bernard, Plaquemines, Orleans, Jefferson, St. John, St. Charles, Lafourche, Tangipahoa, St. Tammany and Washington parishes.
