Automated Verification Tool Makes it Easier to Update Information with Via Link

Our Resource Department has three full time staff who ensure that our database of services and resources is the most comprehensive in the region.

We work with providers to update their information annually and we are launching a tool to make that easier to do. Organizations will now receive emails from our resource team with a link where they can review the information we have on file and type in edits as necessary. Once the changes are approved the information will be available to our contact center and through the resource search tool on our website.
